Hello QNAP_YH, I had no problem downloading and installing the Windows client.(also tried your link from the USA download site) The error 'Failed to initialize' occurs when i try to connect to my QNAP from the client. (no problem finding my nas after using the search button) I installed the client on 2 different macs and 2 different Windows 7 PC's, all in the same network having the same problem., so i think the problem must be the QSYNC software on my QNAP.
